DIANE S. ROSENBERG: MANAGING PARTNER – Born in Washington, Diane holds a Bachelors of Science from the College of Business Management at the University of Maryland (1987) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond T. C. Williams School of Law (1991). Diane is an AV Preeminent rated attorney with Martindale Hubbell and practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, title curative, loss mitigation, eviction, real estate and litigation. She serves as a panelist at numerous default industry events and regularly provides educational training sessions. Diane is admitted to appear before all Federal and State courts in the jurisdictions of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Diane is a member of the Maryland State Bar, Virginia State Bar and District of Columbia Bar Associations, as well as the Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Having served on numerous USFN Committees, Diane is current a USFN Board of Director and a member of the USFN Advocacy and Finance Committee.


MARK D. MEYER: PARTNER – Born in Bethesda, MD, Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University (1993) and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University (1996). At GW, Mark was a member of the Journal of International Law and Economics. Mark practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, real estate and litigation. He is admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court and all federal and state courts in the jurisdictions of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Mark is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the Walter Chandler American Inn of Court. Mark has served as a panelist at default industry events and has provided direct client training on numerous occasions. Mark has served on the Standing Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland and has served on the USFN Bankruptcy Committee.

BRETT C. BEEHLER: PARTNER – Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, Brett holds a Bachelor oArts from Georgetown University (1991) and a Juris Doctor from the American University’s Washington College of Law (1994 – Cum Laude). Brett practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, settlements, commercial leasing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors rights, evictions and litigation. He is admitted to all Federal and State courts of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Brett is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Brett is an elected member of The Order of Barristers for excellence in Courtroom Advocacy. Brett is a regular speaker at industry events, serves as a continuing education instructor on real estate matters through the Professional Development Institute and is Chairman of USFN’s national REO/Eviction Committee.

SARA TUSSEY: PARTNER – Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Pennsylvania State University (1999) and a Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law (2009, cum laude). She was Casenote Editor of the Penn State Law Review, Notarius of the John Reed Inn of Phi Delta Phi, and was elected to the Order of Barristers. Sara joined Rosenberg & Associates, LLC in January 2012 as an Associate Attorney and became Partner in January 2020. She currently practices real estate law with a focus on litigation, foreclosure and evictions. She serves as a panelist at default industry events and writes articles for industry related publications. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
ANDREW M. HIGGINS: ASSOCIATE – Andrew grew up in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both History and Political Science from Virginia Tech University (2014) and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee School of Law (2017). Andrew is admitted to practice law in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He practices real estate law with a focus on civil litigation involving real property, foreclosure and evictions.
THOMAS WILLIAM HODGE: SENIOR ASSOCIATE – Tom was born in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania and grew up in Binghamton, New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Houghton College (1994) and a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law (1998). Tom is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. He works out of the firm’s Norfolk, Virginia office, and practices real estate law with a focus on title, litigation, foreclosure, complex real estate transactions and evictions.
JEFFREY FOX: ASSOCIATE – Raised in central Virginia, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lynchburg College (1998) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law (2001). Jeff worked for fifteen years as an Assistant Public Defender in Halifax County, Virginia, where he is a past president of the Halifax County Bar Association. Jeff has represented clients at every level in state courts in Virginia. Jeff’s practice focuses on real estate law, particularly in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy and title clearance along with civil litigation.
ALAINA M. ROBERTS: ASSOCIATE – Alaina was born in Williamsburg, Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from George Mason University (2016) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law (2022). Alaina is admitted to practice in Virginia. She practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure and bankruptcy.
PATRICK CLOWNEY, JR.: ASSOCIATE – Born in Omaha, Nebraska and raised throughout the country in a military family, Patrick has a diverse background. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hampton University (2018) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (2021).
