DIANE S. ROSENBERG: MANAGING PARTNER – Born in Washington, DC, Diane holds a Bachelors of Science from the College of Business Management at the University of Maryland (1987) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond T. C. Williams School of Law (1991). Diane is an AV Preeminent rated attorney with Martindale Hubbell and practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, real estate and litigation. She serves as a panelist at numerous default industry events and regularly provides educational training sessions. Diane is admitted to appear before all federal and state courts in the jurisdictions of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Diane is a member of the Maryland State, Virginia State and District of Columbia Bars, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and serves on the USFN Membership and Education Committees.

MARK D. MEYER: PARTNER – Born in Bethesda, MD, Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University (1993) and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University (1996). Mark practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, real estate and litigation. He is admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court and all federal and state courts in the jurisdictions of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Mark is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland, Virginia State Bar, Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the Walter Chandler American Inn of Court and serves on the USFN Bankruptcy Committee.

BRETT C. BEEHLER: PARTNER – Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University (1991) and a Juris Doctor from the American University’s Washington College of Law (1994 – cum laude). Brett practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, settlements, commercial leasing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors rights, evictions and litigation. He is admitted to appear in both the federal and state courts of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Brett is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Brett is an elected member of The Order of Barristers. Brett serves as a continuing education instructor for realtors through the Professional Development Institute and on the REO/Eviction Committee for USFN.

SARA TUSSEY: PARTNER – Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Pennsylvania State University (1999) and a Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law (2009, cum laude). She was Casenote Editor of the Penn State Law Review, Notarius of the John Reed Inn of Phi Delta Phi, and was elected to the Order of Barristers. Sara joined Rosenberg & Associates, LLC in January 2012 as an Associate Attorney and became Partner in January 2020. She currently practices real estate law with a focus on litigation, foreclosure and evictions. She serves as a panelist at default industry events and writes articles for industry related publications. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia

KAREN PERRY: ASSOCIATE – Born in Fort Knox, KY, and raised in Annandale, Virginia, Karen holds a Bachelor of Science from James Madison University (1985) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law (1990).    Karen practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure, bankruptcy, title curative, and real estate settlements. Karen is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is admitted to practice before all state courts of Virginia and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.

MAURICE WILLIAM O’BRIEN:  ASSOCIATE – Maury was born in Omak, Washington. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Shepherd University (2005) and he received his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, the Columbus School of Law (2017, cum laude), where he was a member of the Law Review.  Admitted to practice in Maryland, Maury practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure.

GENE KENDRICKE A. SANCHEZ: ASSOCIATE – Born in Clark AFB, the Philippines and raised in Arizona, G.K. holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Justice Studies and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Certificate in International Studies from Arizona State (2012, cum laude). He received his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, the Columbus School of Law (2017). G.K. served as a law clerk for the Hon. Ronald B. Rubin of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland before joining Rosenberg & Associates, LLC. He currently practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure and title disputes.  G.K. is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.

BRADLEY M. HARRIS:  ASSOCIATE – Bradley was born in Overland Park, Kansas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Colorado (2010) and a Juris Doctor from Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (2014, cum laude). During law school, Brad served as an Articles Editor for Maryland’s Journal of Business and Technology Law. Bradley is admitted to appear before all state courts in the jurisdiction of Maryland and currently works out of the firm’s Bethesda, Maryland office, where he practices real estate law with a focus on litigation and foreclosure. He previously worked as a Law Clerk for the General Magistrates’ Office of Baltimore City Circuit Court and as an Associate Attorney for default law firms.

ANDREW M. HIGGINS:  ASSOCIATE – Andrew grew up in Southern California. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in both History and Political Science from Virginia Tech (2014) and a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee School of Law (2017). Andrew is admitted to practice law in Virginia. He works out of the firm’s Vienna, Virginia office, and practices real estate law with a focus on litigation and foreclosure and evictions. He has prior experience with civil litigation involving real property.

THOMAS WILLIAM HODGE:  ASSOCIATE – Tom was born in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania and grew up in Binghamton, New York. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Houghton College (1994) and a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law (1998). Tom is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Virginia. He works out of the firm’s Chesapeake, Virginia office, and practices real estate law with a focus on title, litigation, foreclosure and evictions. He has experience with owning a business, running a title company and handling complex types of real estate transactions.

JEFFREY FOX:  ASSOCIATE – Jeffrey R. Fox- Raised in central Virginia, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lynchburg College (1998) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law (2001). Jeff worked for fifteen years as an Assistant Public Defender in Halifax County, Virginia, where he is a past president of the Halifax County Bar Association. Jeff has represented clients at every level of state court in Virginia. Jeff practices in real estate law, particularly in the areas of foreclosure and title issues.
