DIANE S. ROSENBERG: MANAGING PARTNER – Born in Washington, DC, Diane holds a Bachelors of Science from the College of Business Management at the University of Maryland (1987) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond T. C. Williams School of Law (1991). Diane is an AV Preeminent rated attorney with Martindale Hubbell and practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, real estate and litigation. She serves as a panelist at numerous default industry events and regularly provides educational training sessions. Diane is admitted to appear before all federal and state courts in the jurisdictions of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Diane is a member of the Maryland State, Virginia State and District of Columbia Bars, and the Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

MARK D. MEYER: PARTNER – Born in Bethesda, MD, Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University (1993) and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University (1996). Mark practices in the areas of foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, real estate and litigation. He is admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court and all federal and state courts in the jurisdictions of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Mark is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland, Virginia State Bar, Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar, District of Columbia Bar and the Walter Chandler American Inn of Court.

JOHN A. ANSELL III: PARTNER – Born in Andrews AFB, Maryland, John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland (1994) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (2001).  Mr. Ansell’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of real estate law and litigation, settlements, foreclosure, bankruptcy and default litigation legal services.  He oversees the firm’s appellate practice and jointly oversees the firm’s REO practice.  He serves as a panelist at numerous default industry events, regularly provides educational training sessions to firm clients and contributes articles for industry related publications.  Mr. Ansell is admitted to the state courts in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for Maryland and the District of Columbia and the Eastern and Western Districts for the United States District Court for Virginia. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar, Virginia State Bar and District of Columbia Bar Associations.

BRETT C. BEEHLER: PARTNER – Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University (1991) and a Juris Doctor from the American University’s Washington College of Law (1994 – cum laude). Brett practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, settlements, commercial leasing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, creditors rights, evictions and litigation. He is admitted to appear in both the federal and state courts of Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia. Brett is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Virginia State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Brett is an elected member of The Order of Barristers. Brett servers as a continuing education instructor for realtors through the Professional Development Institute.

SARA TUSSEY: SENIOR ASSOCIATE – Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the Pennsylvania State University (1999) and a Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law (2009, cum laude).  She was Casenote Editor of the Penn State Law Review, Notarius of the John Reed Inn of Phi Delta Phi, and was elected to the Order of Barristers.  Sara practices real estate law with a focus on litigation, foreclosure, and evictions.  She serves as a panelist at default industry events and writes articles for industry related publications. She is admitted to practice in Virginia, New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

TRACY BUCK: ASSOCIATE – Born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland, Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park (2009), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (2012). While in law school, Tracy was the Editor-in-Chief of Maryland Law’s Journal of Business & Technology Law, as well as the Vice President of the Business Law Society. Tracy practices real estate law, focusing on creditors’ rights and foreclosure. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

 

TEOLA HAWES: ASSOCIATE – Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, Teola holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Clark Atlanta University (2007) and Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School (2010). She is admitted to practice in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Georgia. Teola practices in the area of foreclosure and is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, and Georgia Bar.

 

NANITA O. CORNISH: ASSOCIATE – Nanita was born in Franklin, Virginia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University (1997) and a Juris Doctor from University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law (2000). Nanita practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions and litigation. DAVID PARR, JR.: ASSOCIATE –  Born in Charleston, WV, David holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond (1989) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law (1999).  David practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure, bankruptcy, title curative and real estate settlements. He is a member of the D.C. Bar and the Virginia State Bar.

 

MAURICE WILLIAM O’BRIEN:  ASSOCIATE – Maury was born in Omak, Washington. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Shepherd University (2005) and he received his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, the Columbus School of Law (2017, cum laude), where he was a member of the Law Review.  Admitted to practice in Maryland, Maury practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure.

 

GENE KENDRICKE A. SANCHEZ: ASSOCIATE – Born in Clark AFB, the Philippines and raised in Arizona, G.K. holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Justice Studies and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science with a Certificate in International Studies from Arizona State (2012, cum laude). He received his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, the Columbus School of Law (2017). G.K. served as a law clerk for the Hon. Ronald B. Rubin of the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland before joining Rosenberg & Associates, LLC. He currently practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure and title disputes.  G.K. is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.

 

MICHAEL REED: ASSOCIATE – Born in Greencastle, Indiana, Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and American Studies from the University of Richmond (1994) and a Juris Doctorate with a Certificate in Comparative and International Law from the University of Tulsa College of Law (1997). Mike is admitted to appear before all state and federal courts in Maryland and has title licenses with numerous states, including Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.  Mike practices real estate law with a focus on title curative, foreclosure, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy.

 

ANTONIO A. SAN MARTIN, JR.:  ASSOCIATE – A native Texan, Tony is from San Antonio, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Texas (1991) and he received his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (2001). His prior experience includes serving as an attorney advisor, policy counsel and administrative litigator for the federal government and as of counsel for administrative matters before federal agencies. He currently practices real estate law with a focus on foreclosure, bankruptcy and litigation.  Tony is admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas, Illinois and Missouri.
